Scott is the founder and head of Top Shelf Home Services. As an inquisitive child, he was always trying to understand how things worked and how they were built. The young engineer would often take apart toys and appliances, much to his sister's chagrin when he disassembled her VCR (she forgave him when he reassembled it). As a budding 12 year old entrepreneur he started Scott's Lawn Care, a lawn and landscaping business. In the summer after his HS sophomore & junior years, Scott expanded his skill sets working for a Deck & Gazebo company, eventually becoming a crew foreman at age 17.   After graduating from the University of St Thomas, he spent 14 Years in sales and sales management positions at Thomson Reuters (West Publishing), before returning to his passion by accepting a role as the General Manager of a family-owned exterior remodeling company. It was the perfect marriage of building and business.  After these experiences, the culmination of his skills and passions were ready for something more... 

The creation of Top Shelf Home Services, "a business where he could enjoy the passion of seeing the transformation of a project and the impact it has on someone’s life".
